"Changing a flat piece of steel into a recognizable form, still is as amazing to me now as it was when I first began sculpting. The reshaping of that metal begins with an idea, shaped to the forms I feel and see inside. I have always had an attraction to shiney, polished metal. In the work I do, I feel that there is a give and take of forces at work on the piece...smooth edges played against sharp ...... more |
