Two years in commercial photography with Norling Studios in High Point, NC. Ten years working for the North Carolina Zoological Park in their design department, designing and constructing animal exhibits along with model construction as part of the construction plans. Two years with Rock & Waterscapes in commercial design and construction of artificial rock and waterscapes. In 1984 created my own ...... more |

Originally trained in photography, over the years, sculpture has become the focus of my art work. My interest is in the interaction of abstract forms, whether natural, animal or human. Aluminum is my choice of media but also work with steel, wood and stone. The process of cutting and welding abstract shapes into 3-dimensional forms is very personal and gratifying.
